Our Community Approach

At Dunamis, we believe that meaningful stakeholder engagement begins well before a permit is filed. We are committed to reaching out early, listening carefully, and following through on what we hear from you. Whether you are a landowner, a neighbor near one of our sites, a local government official, or a community member with a question or concern, we want to hear from you.

Ways We Engage

We believe every interaction with a stakeholder is an opportunity for connection and understanding. Below are some of the ways we engage with the Colorado community.

  • We provide advance notifications to nearby landowners and residents before beginning new projects in the area.

  • We host in-person and virtual community information meetings and open houses to share project details and answer questions.

  • We maintain a dedicated community relations department available to respond to questions, concerns, and feedback.

  • We participate in local government meetings and collaborate with county and municipal officials on project planning.

  • We proactively monitor our sites and take action when community members raise concerns.

  • We partner with the community to find opportunities to give back.  Learn more here.

Community Commitments

Dunamis operates in communities where our employees live, work, and raise their families. That shared stake means we take our community commitments seriously.

  • Dunamis installs sound walls designed to reduce potential noise from our operations.

  • We comply with all ECMC noise standards and work with state and local governments on site-specific mitigation.

  • If there are nearby residences,  Dunamis performs 24/7 continuous noise monitoring during active operations and into production operations, ensuring we remain compliant and accountable.

  • Dunamis coordinated with local governments on traffic management plans and haul routes to minimize disruption on local roads.

  • When available, Dunamis will connect to oil and natural gas pipelines that substantially reduce ongoing traffic for the life of the well.

  • Wells are constructed with multiple layers of steel casing and cement designed to isolate the wellbore from underground water sources.

  • Dunamis performs comprehensive water well testing before and after operations at a new pad. This ensures that there has been no impact on drinking water in the area.

  • Dunamis adheres to Colorado’s rigorous air quality standards and ECMC requirements.

  • We perform continuous air monitoring during pre-production and into production operations for at least 6 months. Data is publicly reported to, and available on, the CDPHE website.

  • At the end of the well’s lifecycle, Dunamis is committed to restoring the land better than we found it.

  • Plugging wells and land reclamation activity is regulated by the ECMC.
