I previously received payments from Civitas Resources.

What should I expect now?

Dunamis Energy recently acquired certain assets from Civitas Resources and is now responsible for the associated royalty payments. All relevant owners will receive a new owner number assigned by Dunamis.

If you have not received a pay statement from us with this new number, you may use your Civitas Owner Number to contact Dunamis Owner Relations Support.  


Why didn’t I receive a payment this month?  

There can be various reasons an Owner may not receive a monthly check. Common reasons include:

  • Your account balance did not meet the $100 account balance threshold for a payment to be issued.

  • Dunamis has not received current ownership documentation or tax information from the Owner.

  • The payment was held due to a recent title change, missing paperwork, or returned mail.

What is the minimum payment amount?  

Dunamis issues payments when your account balance reaches $100. Smaller balances are held until the next payment cycle or until the end of the year.  


Please send an email to OwnerRelations@Dunamis-Energy.com with information on the requested change and any supporting documentation needed. Our team will reach back out within 30 – 60 days to either confirm the change or request additional details from you.

What do I do?  


When will I receive my 1099?

1099 forms are issued no later than January 31 each year for the prior year’s revenue. All tax forms are mailed to the address on file.
